Terms and conditions

The product warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The customer must contact customer service regarding the warranty to inspect the product. The product will be replaced as soon as a manufacturing defect in the product is proven after the inspection.

The company pay the shipping fees if it is proven that there is a manufacturing defect in the product after the inspection, and if it is found that the product is intact or that the damage is due to misuse after the inspection and there is no manufacturing defect, the customer will bear the shipping fees.

If the defective product is not available as a replacement, the customer will be given the choice between choosing another alternative product and recovering the value of the remaining period of the warranty in cash.

The warranty includes only manufacturing defects.

All types of covers, whether for phones or others, do not have a warranty.

All prices listed in the online store do not include value-added tax at 5% of total purchases.

Shipping and delivery

The product is shipped by the company and sent to the buyer within about 24 hours from the time of completing the order, except for Friday, and it costs 20 dirhams for all parts of the country except for the following areas (Al-Qua / Al-Waqan / Nahil / Sweihan / Abu Samra / Al-Saad / Bukariya / Al-Khazna / Al-Khatm). The cost of the order is 45 dirhams. As for the western region, delivery is on Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday at a cost of 45 dirhams per order.

Return policy

The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused and unopened, and the amounts paid will be refunded within 4 to 10 working days after deducting the shipping company fees.
